Job summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for home care with responsibilities including monitoring patient condition, administering medications, providing treatments, emergency care, and patient education. Must have Texas RN license, relevant experience, and proficiency in IV and Central Line care.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will monitor patient conditions, perform routine medical procedures, and administer medications according to physician orders. They are also responsible for providing emergency care and educating patients and their families on healthy habits and care processes.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in Texas and possess at least one year of documented experience in a home health or clinical setting. Proficiency in IV and central line care, along with valid CPR certification and a negative TB test, is required.
