Job summary

Seeking a driven sales specialist to grow customer spend and build relationships in the Meat & Poultry category across Central Belt Scotland. The role involves customer engagement, promoting products, analyzing customer needs, and contributing to team growth within a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Grow sales volume, turnover, and margin in the chilled and frozen meat and poultry category by developing new business and increasing spend with existing customers. Build customer relationships, support sales teams with product expertise, manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and identify opportunities through customer and market analysis.

Candidates should have proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a commercially focused, target-driven approach and strong relationship-building skills.
