Job summary

Support sales and customer success for Verizon's SLED accounts by prospecting, providing sales support, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth through customer engagement and contract management.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for prospecting, sales support, and problem resolution for SLED accounts to drive revenue growth. You will also collaborate with the sales team to implement contracts, onboard customers, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
