Job summary

Perform CT examinations under radiologist supervision, ensuring quality and safety, including patient assessment, image critique, and proper operation of radiology systems.

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic-quality CT examinations on patients of all ages according to established protocols. They are responsible for patient safety, accurate documentation in the Radiology Information System, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality.

Qualifications

Computed Tomography (CT) Image Critique Medical History Assessment PACS Review Patient Care Quality Assurance Radiation Safety Radiologic Technology Radiopharmaceuticals Venipuncture

Candidates must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology and obtain CT registration within 12 months. A current Washington State Department of Health certification as a Radiologic Technologist and BLS certification are required.
