Job summary

Perform CT examinations following established protocols, interpret data, ensure image quality, manage patient safety, and operate imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic-quality CT examinations on patients of all ages according to established protocols. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment, documenting patient data in the Radiology Information System, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Computer Systems Contrast Materials CT Image critique Patient Care Quality Assurance Radiation Safety Radiologic Technologists Radiopharmaceuticals Venipuncture

Candidates must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiology) and hold a current BLS certification. Additionally, they must be certified by the Washington State Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist.
