The RN On-Call supports patients and nurses by responding to after-hours needs, providing skilled nursing in patients' homes, and managing care plans within a flexible schedule, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

You will provide skilled nursing care in patient homes and respond to after-hours needs as directed by the attending physician. When after-hours needs are minimal, you will perform administrative tasks such as chart reviews and patient phone calls from your home.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license and at least one year of acute care experience. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a designated home workspace are required.
