Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Research Scientist to join their Health Economics and Outcomes Research team. The role involves designing and executing clinical research, translating clinical data into insights, managing research programs, coordinating study activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and supporting academic publication efforts. Must have a PhD or PsyD in psychology or related field, experience in clinical research, biostatistics, and programming in R or Python.

Responsibilities

The role involves designing and executing rigorous clinical research while managing research programs and study operations. You will translate real-world clinical data into actionable insights and coordinate cross-functional study activities from initiation through close-out.
