Job summary

The National Sales Consultant at Driven Brands' Automotive Training Institute connects prospective clients with coaching services, manages sales pipelines, analyzes sales data, and supports strategic sales initiatives. The role requires excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and automotive experience to effectively engage shop owners and facilitate post-sale support.

Responsibilities

Engage prospective independent repair shop owners, assess their needs and financial metrics, present ATI’s RE-Engineering program, and coordinate a smooth handoff to coaching staff. Manage CRM data and sales pipelines, analyze performance and customer trends, support forecasting and reporting, and collaborate on sales strategies and process improvements.

Qualifications

Automotive Service Experience Communication CRM Customer Service Data Analysis Lead Generation Microsoft Office Relationship Building Sales Sales Forecasting

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role; automotive service experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience, is preferred, along with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
