Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations, providing customer service, managing stock, and ensuring safety regulations are followed, aiming to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager will deputise for the Store Manager in operational and staffing matters while ensuring high levels of customer service. They are also responsible for managing stock, processing payments, and maintaining store health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment and a good understanding of IT systems are desirable but not essential. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
