Job summary

Senior Software Engineer to join Elastic's Integrations Team, focusing on building and maintaining integrations, tools, and libraries for Elastic in the AI ecosystem, primarily working with Go and other languages like Rust. Responsibilities include developing infrastructure, enhancing developer tools, and collaborating with partners to shape integrations within third-party AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

You will build and maintain developer-facing surfaces and integrations that connect Elastic to the broader AI ecosystem, including language clients and CLI tools. You will also collaborate with product teams and external partners to design and deliver scalable infrastructure for agentic tools.

Qualifications

Agent skills and protocols AI/ML frameworks API development Backend development Client-server networking Go HTTP LLMs RESTful APIs Rust

The role requires 8+ years of backend software engineering experience with proficiency in Go and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLMs. Candidates should possess strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
