Job summary

The Process Engineer will develop manufacturing processes for new products, upgrade and maintain equipment, and lead continuous improvement projects in a medical manufacturing environment with a focus on equipment troubleshooting, lean projects, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

The Process Engineer will lead process troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement projects to maximize production efficiency and cost savings. They are also responsible for overseeing new equipment development, installation, and ensuring all processes meet Health & Safety and quality standards.

Data Analysis Development of Manufacturing Processes DMAIC processes Equipment Development and Installation Equipment Troubleshooting GMP environments Lean Tools Manufacturing Processes Problem Solving Process Improvement

Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering (mechanical, electronic, or automation) and possess at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of GMP and lean methodologies, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are required.
