Responsibilities

The Commercial Counsel will negotiate complex SaaS and AI agreements while providing legal support for enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success teams. They will also collaborate on product legal matters and develop contract playbooks to streamline revenue-generating processes.

Qualifications

AI & Technology Law AI Regulations Commercial Transactions Contract Management Drafting Legal Compliance Legal Counseling Negotiation Privacy Regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) SaaS Agreements

Candidates must be admitted to the California or New York State Bar with at least 10 years of commercial legal experience, including 2 years in-house at a SaaS or AI company. Strong expertise in privacy, security, and AI regulatory frameworks is required to support enterprise-level transactions.
