Job summary

This is a customer-facing engineering role at an early-stage AI/ML startup, responsible for onboarding customers, integrating solutions, writing detection logic, and communicating with clients to improve product deployment and reliability.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of new customer deployments, from initial integration to successful PR submission. Act as a technical expert embedded in customer communication channels to resolve failure modes and improve product performance.

Requires 3 or more years of experience shipping production software with a focus on customer-facing roles. Candidates must possess strong TypeScript proficiency and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments.
