Responsibilities

The Senior People Business Partner will partner with operational stakeholders to provide effective HR services, including performance management, employee relations, and talent planning. They will also lead strategic HR projects, manage organizational design changes, and support contract implementations.

Candidates should have 18 months to 2 years of experience as a HR or People Business Partner, with specific expertise in TUPE, redundancies, and complex employee relations. A minimum of 2 A-Levels or a Level 3 Diploma is required, along with strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
