Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installations, qualification, preventative maintenance, and remedial repair maintenance on advanced electro-mechanical semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites. This includes project management for new equipment installations and providing tool-down repair support in complex situations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering, or a relevant high school technical diploma, along with good hands-on skills and excellent English communication. Prior experience in field service or customer support, especially in semiconductor installation and startup, is preferred, along with knowledge of MS Office and SAP software.
