Job summary

The role involves architecting semantic and intelligence layers for an AI-native platform, leading cross-team projects, ensuring safe AI practices, and mentoring engineers. The candidate will design workflows using AI, guide platform data architecture, and influence technical strategy in a highly ambiguous environment, working closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Staff Data Scientist will architect the semantic and intelligence layers for profile data to support AI-native product features. They will also design AI-augmented workflows and establish guardrails for safe, compliant, and high-quality AI usage across the organization.

Qualifications

AI Governance AI/ML Systems AWS Data Architecture Data Pipelines LLM (Large Language Models) Machine Learning Model Optimization OpenSearch Snowflake

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems, inference microservices, and real-time data pipelines. An advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
