Job summary

The Housekeeper at Drury Hotels maintains the cleanliness and overall appearance of hotel rooms and public areas, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive guest experience. No prior cleaning experience is required, but attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean guest rooms and public spaces by performing vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests for amenities and maintaining a positive environment.

Qualifications

No previous cleaning experience is required, though it is considered useful. Candidates must have mental ability equivalent to completing two years of high school and be physically able to stand, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform repetitive cleaning motions.
