A Client Broker role supporting commercial insurance clients, mainly charities and non-profits, by managing renewals, mid-term changes, and client communications. Responsibilities

The Client Broker will manage the administration of insurance renewals and mid-term changes for charity and non-profit clients. They will liaise with Account Executives to develop renewal strategies, present terms to clients, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

Acturis System Attention to Detail CII Certification Communication Skills Customer Service GDPR Knowledge Insurance Knowledge Negotiation Reporting and Documentation

Candidates must have at least one year of experience providing specialist advice in the insurance market and possess a working knowledge of general insurance classes. A GCSE in Maths and English is required, while a Cert CII qualification is considered desirable.
