Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead the delivery of cost and commercial management services across complex construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing pre-contract cost planning and procurement, as well as post-contract commercial administration and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

Budgeting Commercial Management Contract Management Cost Estimation Cost Management Cost Planning Risk Management Stakeholder Management Team Leadership Tender Analysis

Candidates must be Chartered Quantity Surveyors (MRICS/MSCSI) with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract commercial management and knowledge of standard forms of contract are essential.
