Job summary

Lead community outreach team in a mental health and substance use recovery organization, performing field outreach, supervising staff, building partnerships, and providing peer recovery support, with flexible schedule and extensive travel across Delaware.

Responsibilities

The Outreach Supervisor will lead and coach a team of Outreach Specialists while conducting field outreach and building community partnerships. They will also facilitate peer support sessions and ensure team performance and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in community outreach or healthcare engagement and possess a Peer Support Specialist certification or be working toward one. Strong leadership skills, lived experience in recovery, and the ability to travel extensively across Delaware are required.
