Job summary

Senior/Staff Process Engineer responsible for detailed engineering design, including P&IDs, hydraulic models, equipment specifications, process data management, and supporting construction for mineral processing facilities.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Staff Process Engineer will own the process design basis and execute detailed engineering deliverables including P&IDs, hydraulic models, and equipment specifications. They will also manage procurement packages and support construction, commissioning, and field verification activities.

Hazard analysis (PHA / HAZOP) Hydraulic modeling P&ID development Plant 3D software Process control narratives Process data management Process design basis Process Engineering Process equipment sizing Project coordination

Candidates must have 8+ years of process engineering experience in industrial facilities and a BS in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering. Experience with detailed engineering cycles on greenfield or brownfield projects is required, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
