Job summary

We’re seeking a Staff/Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of Runware’s serverless AI platform, focusing on building core systems that enable seamless deployment and scaling of AI workloads without managing underlying infrastructure. The role involves designing distributed backend services, improving workload performance, and leading technical teams, requiring expertise in backend languages like Python or Go, and experience with serverless, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the backend platform for AI workloads, focusing on system reliability, scalability, and ease of use. Collaborate across teams to optimize performance and build user-friendly deployment tools.

Extensive experience in backend systems, distributed architectures, and API development. Strong knowledge of async processing, queuing, and system scalability, with proficiency in Go or similar languages.
