Responsibilities

The Oncology Nurse Navigator provides expert individualized care coordination and serves as an advocate for cancer patients throughout their treatment continuum. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely diagnostic work-ups, develop care plans, and provide clinical support to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least three years of healthcare experience, preferably in oncology. A BSN is strongly preferred or must be completed within three years of hire.
