Job summary

The Carrier Sales Manager develops and manages carrier relationships to generate profitable capacity, develop performance goals, and achieve strategic objectives in the logistics and transportation brokerage industry.

Responsibilities

The Carrier Sales Manager is responsible for generating profitable capacity and managing regional performance to meet strategic company objectives. They will actively target new carriers and inspire team members to achieve individual and company goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in transportation brokerage or logistics procurement. Proficiency in industry capacity tools and a strong understanding of the truckload industry and US geography are required.
