Job summary

The Child Center of NY seeks a compassionate RN Nurse Manager to supervise medical and psychiatric teams, oversee clinical operations, ensure quality care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, and lead administrative and supervisory duties within a community health setting.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager will supervise a team of Registered Nurses and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centered psychiatric and medical care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, managing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active RN license in New York and have graduated from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
