Job summary

The Strategic Talent Lead is responsible for transforming HopSkipDrive's talent acquisition processes, integrating AI tools to automate and enhance recruiting workflows, advising senior leaders on recruitment strategies, building strategic sourcing channels, maintaining ATS systems, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

You will own the transformation of the talent acquisition function by implementing AI-driven processes and optimizing recruiting workflows. Additionally, you will manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as a strategic partner to leadership to build high-performing teams.

The role requires 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments with a focus on GTM roles. Candidates must possess an AI-native builder mindset and the ability to design intelligent, automated recruiting systems.
