Job summary

The role involves leading financial services compliance support across Gusto’s consumer and commercial financial products, payments, and embedded finance offerings. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner to multiple teams, manage regulatory change and compliance workflows, and advise on complex financial regulations, leveraging AI tools for scalable compliance management.

Responsibilities

Lead product compliance support for consumer financial products, payments, and embedded finance offerings. Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams to design and scale AI-enabled compliance workflows and monitoring controls.

Qualifications

AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) Financial Regulations (TILA, TISA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, Reg E, UDAAP, NACHA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM) Financial Services Compliance Monitoring & Control Testing Product & Legal Advisory Product Compliance Regulatory Change Management Regulatory Reporting & Examinations Risk Assessment Vendor Management

Requires 10+ years of compliance experience in fintech or regulated financial institutions with deep expertise in consumer protection regulations. Must demonstrate a track record of building scalable compliance programs and proficiency in using AI tools for workflow optimization.
