Job summary

The role is for a Brand Designer within Notion’s Creative Studio, focusing on high-impact brand initiatives, campaigns, and system development. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to create visually resonant work across multiple channels, mentor other designers, and incorporate AI tools to expand creative possibilities. Experience in agency or in-house brand design, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of systems thinking and typography are essential.

Responsibilities

You will concept, art direct, and design high-visibility brand campaigns, product launches, and events while developing scalable brand systems. Additionally, you will mentor other designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and project outcomes.
