Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and have 7+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Program Management, or Quality Engineering, demonstrating proven ability to manage complex technical programs using Agile methods. Preferred qualifications include a technical undergraduate degree, MBA/graduate operations experience, experience in the A/V space, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
