Responsibilities

The Residential Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day hard and soft services across a residential portfolio to ensure buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This role involves managing contractor performance, service charge budgets, and building records while fostering positive relationships with residents and internal stakeholders.

Candidates must have proven facilities management experience within a residential or mixed-use environment and a strong understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety regulations. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is required, and proficiency in property management systems is essential for success in this role.
