Responsibilities

You will provide person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily needs including nutrition, hydration, and personal care. Additionally, you will document behavioral changes and facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance resident well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, motivated attitude. Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification is considered desirable.
