Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a person-centered care environment, including medication administration, health monitoring, and support with daily activities.

Responsibilities

The LPN will provide quality nursing care and health support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, a current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience with IDD populations and electronic health records is preferred.
