Job summary

The Engineering Supervisor manages maintenance, oversees equipment technicians, leads shift operations, ensures safety and efficiency, and supports continuous process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support equipment technicians during the assigned shift, overseeing maintenance activities, training, performance, safety, and equipment-related KPIs. Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams on equipment projects, deployment, improvements, and accurate technical documentation.

Qualifications

Requires supervisory experience in a technical role and extensive experience supporting manufacturing, typically with an NFQ Level 7 or 8 qualification and 5–8 years of related experience. Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and maintenance, strong communication and technical writing skills, and experience improving yield or reducing downtime.
