Job summary

The Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for managing kitchen operations, preparing and presenting high-quality food, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, supporting team coordination during busy shifts, and resolving issues in the absence of management. The role requires leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for food quality.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently and every dish meets high quality standards. Deputise for the management team and maintain strict hygiene and safety regulations.
