The Registered Nurse provides outpatient nursing care in a physician practice or ambulatory clinic setting, including patient assessment, procedure assistance, medication administration, patient education, care coordination, documentation, and supporting population health initiatives.

Responsibilities

The nurse assesses patients, performs triage, and provides care coordination within a physician practice or ambulatory clinic setting. They also manage patient communication, administer medications, and support population health outreach through clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Assessment Care Coordination Clinical Documentation Electronic Health Record (EHR) Immunizations Medication Administration Patient Education Population Health Outreach Procedures Assistance Triage

Candidates must hold a current state RN license, BLS certification, and an Associate Degree in Nursing. One to two years of ambulatory, clinic, or medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred.
