Job summary

The Talent Engagement Administrator supports the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing records, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting in onboarding, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

The Talent Engagement Administrator will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including publishing adverts and coordinating pre-employment checks. They will also serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

administrative experience attention to detail communication customer service discretion and confidentiality IT skills organisational skills

Candidates should have administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within recruitment or HR. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent customer service capabilities are essential for this role.
