Job summary

The Team Member is responsible for interacting with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks, while delivering a legendary customer experience. Key duties include customer greeting, needs discovery, product recommendation, cashier operation, merchandise recovery, and ensuring a safe, positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a legendary customer experience by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions. Perform operational tasks including cash register operation, freight processing, merchandise assembly, and poultry care.

Qualifications

Basic Computer Skills Cash Handling Communication Skills Customer Service Merchandising Operation of Forklift Problem Solving Teamwork

No prior experience is required, though retail or agricultural knowledge is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds and operating store equipment.
