Lead product marketing strategies for Semrush's self-serve customer growth, focusing on positioning, packaging, launch, activation, retention, and customer insights, while managing a distributed team to improve KPIs and expand ARR.

Responsibilities

Lead product marketing for Semrush’s self-serve customer base, owning positioning and launch narratives while partnering with Product and Marketing on lifecycle performance, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Manage and develop a distributed team of Product Marketing Managers, guide packaging and research, and align cross-functional teams around customer insights, roadmap priorities, and shared metrics.

Requires 8+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years leading PMM teams at a PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-assist SaaS company, with demonstrated experience in positioning, pricing and packaging, lifecycle metrics, experimentation, and roadmap influence. Candidates should have experience leading distributed teams, strong executive communication, hands-on use of AI, and interest in how AI search is changing marketing.
