Job summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering personalized customer service, understanding customer needs, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and contributing to store performance.

Responsibilities

Provide welcoming, personalized customer service, share product knowledge, support brand loyalty, and contribute to personal sales goals. Assist with merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and maintaining brand standards while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a passion for the brand and fashion, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must meet the applicable minimum age requirement, be able to learn new processes and tools, and be able to bend, reach, move around the store, operate a register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
