Job summary

As a Product Manager at Virgin Active, you will oversee the delivery of fitness products, manage a team of trainers and instructors, and drive member engagement and club performance. The role involves strategic planning, staff development, event delivery, and industry trend analysis to ensure exceptional member experiences and operational success.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will lead the delivery of fitness products across personal training, gym floor, and group exercise functions to drive member engagement. They are responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing fitness team while ensuring industry-leading standards and operational excellence.

Candidates must possess a REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent qualification. The role requires a strong background in fitness management and the ability to lead teams in a premium club environment.
