Genius AI is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to help define and implement strategies for new AI products, own customer acquisition, test growth tactics, shape product development based on market signals, and analyze data for operational improvements. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, financial modeling, and experience with AI tools, requiring strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with the GM of New Products to define strategy, execute go-to-market plans, and manage operational workflows for new AI product bets. This involves running experiments, analyzing data to inform roadmaps, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to scale new business initiatives.

Qualifications
