Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop and scale a global partner ecosystem of Business Application ISVs to establish Databricks as the premier platform for data-and-AI workloads. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including joint business planning, solution development, and field enablement.

Qualifications

Business Development CRM ERP Finance GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategies HCM Partner Ecosystem Partnership Management Solution Development Technical Integration

Requires over 7 years of experience in product partnerships or business development, with at least 5 years focused on Business Applications or cloud ecosystems. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of CRM, HCM, and ERP workflows and have a proven track record of launching ISV integrations.
