Job summary

The Vice President, Production at Anduril Frontier Systems provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple production facilities across space, intelligence, and defense sectors, driving operational excellence, manufacturing efficiency, and long-term capability building.

Responsibilities

The VP of Production provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all production activities across Anduril's Frontier Systems business lines. This role is responsible for managing the production P&L, driving operational excellence, and scaling manufacturing capabilities across multiple U.S. facilities.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 7-10 years in a senior executive role overseeing large organizations. A bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
