Job summary

Lead the development and execution of integrated UK marketing campaigns, focusing on brand awareness, retail engagement, PR, influencer, and media strategies to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand equity.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated UK and Ireland marketing plans and activations, translating global campaigns into locally relevant retail, media, PR, influencer, and partnership initiatives. Manage budgets, agency partners, campaign performance, and direct reports to strengthen brand desirability and deliver commercial growth.

Qualifications

Requires a degree or equivalent and at least seven years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in beauty, fragrance, or luxury consumer goods.
