Job summary

Supports the Hospitality Manager in lodge operations, supervising departments, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Support the Hospitality Manager in overseeing lodge departments, staff, budgets, records, vendors, and guest service, and assume full responsibility for lodge operations when the manager is absent. Maintain safety and compliance standards through inspections, training oversight, emergency preparedness, and prompt resolution or escalation of service issues.

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required or equivalent operational experience; candidates should have at least two years of relevant hospitality, workforce housing, food service, or facilities experience and at least one year of supervisory experience. The role also calls for administrative and reporting skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel and work long rotations; food safety certification is preferred and first aid certification is an asset.
