This position is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a retail store to perform tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, completing store layout initiatives, and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

The Merchandising Sales Associate is responsible for executing store planograms, signage updates, and price changes while maintaining visual merchandising standards. They also provide legendary customer service and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly within the store.

Qualifications

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing ladders for an entire shift.
