Job summary

A Solution Architect guides clients in complex, multi-domain environments, translating technical needs into strategic solutions. They coordinate resources across Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Services, to align technology with business outcomes. The role involves uncovering opportunities, orchestrating technical teams, and maintaining client engagement through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Lead client technical discovery, qualify opportunities, and develop coordinated solution strategies that connect technology recommendations to business outcomes. Coordinate account executives, subject-matter experts, services teams, and partners through complex sales cycles, proposals, and implementation handoffs.

Qualifications

Broad Technical Proficiency Cloud Customer Engagement Networking Pre-sales Engineering Security Solution Architecture Solution Design Technical Consulting Technical Discovery

Requires 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting, with demonstrated success designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions. Candidates should have advanced consultative discovery skills, broad proficiency in at least two core practice areas, the ability to manage complex technical sales cycles independently, and preferably relevant OEM certifications.
