Job summary

Lead the performance, operations, clinical governance, and growth of a London healthcare centre, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and strategic development. Responsible for financial oversight, service expansion, stakeholder relations, and team leadership in a complex healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the centre’s operational and clinical activities, governance, financial performance, patient experience, property management, and commercial growth. Develop consultant relationships, lead service transformation, ensure regulatory compliance as the CQC Registered Manager, and guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering Bupa’s Connected Care strategy.

Qualifications

Requires a degree or equivalent, formal leadership training, and proven leadership experience in outpatient, diagnostic, or ambulatory healthcare, preferably in the independent healthcare sector. Candidates should bring strong financial and operational management, consultant relationship and business growth experience, change leadership, and knowledge of CQC, IR(ME)R, and GPhC frameworks; a relevant master’s degree and clinical or acute healthcare experience are listed as additional qualifications or experience.
