Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Scientific Software Engineer to develop advanced algorithms and mission-critical software systems in a defense environment, mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives with proficiency in C++ and Python.

Responsibilities

You will lead the technical direction of a high-impact team while remaining hands-on in the design, implementation, and code review of mission-critical systems. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive the development lifecycle from prototype to tactical deployment.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in C/C++ and Python is required, along with experience in defense domains like sensor fusion or command-and-control systems.
