Job summary

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician in Jackson, TN, to support complex work assignments across all process areas, lead automation projects, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure safety and quality standards in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will perform complex technical assignments, troubleshoot automated systems, and lead capital projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. They will also collaborate with engineering and operations teams to establish repeatable manufacturing processes and provide training to production staff.

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment and possess strong technical skills in welding, machining, and PLC troubleshooting. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical data are essential for this role.
